Run jointly by Effective Altruism South Africa, Effective Altruism Nigeria, and Health Progress Hub.

Finish something. Six weeks, one real problem, a mentor who knows the field, and a publicised piece of work with your name on it that anyone can read.

Who can apply Anyone interested in a high-impact global health career. Students and professionals are welcome. No prior experience needed.
Work alone or in a team Teams of 1–6 are the default; strong solo projects are also accepted

Track B’s seven extra requirements

If you propose your own project, we're asking you to establish what the menu options already have established: that the work is worth doing and can be done. Specifically:

  1. Problem & Core Question: Define the specific issue you’re tackling and the primary question your project will answer.
